Samarpan Anand Saraswati

Rooted in the Bihar School of Yoga lineage under Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, Samarpan has spent three decades guiding seekers, corporate professionals, caregivers, and changemakers toward inner clarity — through Yoga Nidra, Mudra Science, Pranayama, Laughter Yoga, and the living philosophy of Vedanta.

Over 20,000 sessions and workshops conducted. Senior Consultant at Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. Yoga Instructor at Amrita University. Head of Yoga at CGH Earth. His teaching is scholarly, warm, and deeply practical.
